RAW Juicing’s story began in 2012 when owners Jenny Lankenau and Jennifer Gibson were inspired by the food documentary “Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead”. They wanted to share their passion for juicing and living a healthy, plant-based lifestyle. Not long after RAW Juicing got started, the “Juice Girls” joined the Winter Garden Farmers Market family and have been pillars of the market for five years.

RAW Juicing’s focus is working with fruits and vegetables, locally sourced whenever possible, and incorporating them in delicious whole food smoothies and organic cold pressed juices. They promote healthy eating while using whole food ingredients and super foods such as turmeric and hemp seeds. So, next time you visit the market, stop by the RAW booth and get your veggies on!
